Jide Olumodimu is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Arkland Group. Prior to setting up Arkland Group, he was an Executive Director at Adimex Engineering Services. He also worked as a Business Development Director at ClickMobile Communications Limited. Over the course of his 20 years sterling career, he has garnered diverse expertise in Real Estate Advisory, Sales and Business Development, Corporate Strategy Development, Relationship Management, and Business

Performance Management. Passionate about innovation and constructing elegant pieces, Jide is driving the transformation of luxury living for the elites within and outside Africa. He is committed to the highest ethical standards and brings a network of skills, contacts, and resources to achieving the vision of Arkland Group. Jide is widely respected for his excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. He enjoys travelling. He is happily married.

A seasoned Management Executive with in-depth expertise in strategy, negotiation, project design, property management, business development, crisis, and change management. Evelyn Edumoh is the Chief Operations Officer at Arkland Properties Limited. With close to a decade’s worth of industry-specific experience and extensive hands-on exposure to the operations in the Nigerian real estate space, Evelyn holds a first degree in Computer Science from the University of Abuja and an Executive Programme certification from Harvard Business School (online). She has taken the Owner Manager Programme at both the prestigious Lagos Business School and the Strathmore University Business School, Nairobi, Kenya. She has an MBA from Business School, Netherlands. As a business development expert in the real estate industry, Evelyn has generated well over N15billion in sales revenue across roles. She remains committed to capacity development.

Mehrez Ziad Boutros, graduated from Notre Dame University, Beirut – Lebanon. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering. He has had a rich experience of 7 years with companies like OTCE and MATCO in leadership positions. In the course of his engineering career, he has played prominent roles in several construction projects in the Middle East. Mehrez currently serves as the General Manager for Arkland Structures Limited. Mehrez has led the construction team to put up luxury buildings in urban locations within the country. Some of the locations in Lagos are; La Paz Apartments in Victoria Island and A & A Towers in Eko Atlantic. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Oluseun Olaseni Awofisoye is the Head of Operations. Prior to joining Arkland Properties Limited, he was the Managing Director at SPACEWORX FM LTD. Oluseun has over 18 years of work experience from reputable organizations out of which he has garnered a wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate and Telecommunications industries. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University where he studied Estate Management, B.Sc and Ahmadu Bello University, Masters in Facilities Management. Oluseun was part of the pioneering team of Globacom Limited (2004 – 2007) – He was the Rollout Manager. A member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuer (NIESV), Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), and International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

Oludiran Morounmubo Oludiran joined Arkland Properties Limited 6 years ago and she is currently the Facility Manager/Architect. Prior to her appointment with the organization, she worked with Misa Nigeria Limited as Architect & Quality Control Manager. She also worked with Archech Nigeria Limited as the Quality Control Manager. Oludiran has over 20 years of industry experience and has greatly contributed her quota to outstanding structures across the country. A graduate of Yaba College of Technology, her favourite quote – If you can think it, you can do it.

Edith Umana is the Head of Client Services at Arkland Properties Limited. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Houdegbe North American University, Benin Republic. She joined the organization in 2020 having worked at Seso Global, where she served as the Head of Sales. A change agent with very strong interpersonal skills and industry depth, Edith Edumoh is well-grounded in Sales and Business Development skills and has been able to build up an effective network of contacts and associates in most strategic sectors within and outside Nigeria. Edith has over 6 years of sales experience and has attended a number of training programs in sales management, data analytics, and real estate advisory. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
