Evelyn Edumoh is the General Manager at Arkland Properties Limited. With close to a decade’s worth of industry-specific experience and extensive hands-on exposure to the operations in the Nigerian real estate space, Evelyn holds a first degree in Computer Science from the University of Abuja and an Executive Programme certification from Harvard Business School (online).

She has taken the Owner Manager Programme at both the prestigious Lagos Business School and the Strathmore University Business School, Nairobi, Kenya. She has an MBA from Business School, Netherlands. As a business development expert in the real estate industry, Evelyn has generated well over N15billion in sales revenue across roles. She remains committed to capacity development.

Elie Baz

GM, Arkland Structures

Elie Barz is an accomplished civil engineer with a strong educational foundation and extensive experience in managing construction projects. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Notre Dame University – Louaize (NDU), which provided him with a solid technical background to excel in the field.

Throughout his career, Elie has held significant positions that showcase his leadership and project management capabilities. He has served as the General Manager at Mikano Construction Limited and as a Project Manager at Arkland Properties & Investment Company, where he successfully led various construction projects, ensuring their timely and efficient completion.

Ihuoma Uche

Group Head, Legal Services

Ihuoma Uche is the Group head of Legal Services and company secretary of the Arkland Group Ltd. In this role, she oversees the legal services, corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance for the Company. Prior to this role, she honed her skills at Banji Alabi & Co, a multi-serve law firm in Lagos where she rose to become a Senior Associate and the Practice Manager.

She holds a Law Degree from the University of Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She also holds a master’s degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London as well as a postgraduate Diploma in International Business Law.

Joseph Makaar

Head, Operations, ASL Contractors

Joseph Maakar, an alumnus of Notre Dame University-NDU, Beirut, with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, has carved a distinguished 5-year path in the construction sector. His journey began at RAFA Development in Lebanon as a Part-Time Site Engineer, advancing to a full-time position with Establishment Nazih Braidy for Engineering and Contracting in Beirut. His career trajectory saw a significant leap as he moved from Senior Engineer to Operations Manager at ASL Contractors in Lagos, Nigeria, underscoring his exceptional expertise and steadfast commitment to excellence.

Under Joseph’s leadership, ASL Contractors has achieved significant milestones, including the construction of the A&A Tower and two semi-detached mid-rise buildings, showcasing his proficiency in managing complex projects. Joseph’s dedication and leadership have been instrumental in enhancing Lagos’ skyline and advancing ASL Contractors’ success. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French, enhancing his capacity to lead diverse teams and projects across different regions.

Oludiran Morounmubo

Head, APIC Managers

Oludiran Morounmubo Oludiran joined Arkland Properties Limited 6 years ago and she is currently the Facility Manager/Architect. Prior to her appointment with the organization, she worked with Misa Nigeria Limited as Architect & Quality Control Manager. She also worked with Archech Nigeria Limited as the Quality Control Manager. Oludiran has over 20 years of industry experience and has greatly contributed her quota to outstanding structures across the country. A graduate of Yaba College of Technology, her favourite quote – If you can think it, you can do it.

Jide Olumodimu

GMD, Arkland Group

Jide Olumodimu is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Arkland Group. Prior to setting up Arkland Group, he was an Executive Director at Adimex Engineering Services. He also worked as a Business Development Director at ClickMobile Communications Limited. Over the course of his 20 years sterling career, he has garnered diverse expertise in Real Estate Advisory, Sales and Business Development, Corporate Strategy Development, Relationship Management, and Business.
