Arkland Group, in collaboration with Equity Cooperative, has officially commenced construction on Caspian Heights, a premium residential development in Eko Atlantic City, following a groundbreaking ceremony held on January 24, 2026.
The event was attended by investors, key stakeholders, and industry partners, marked a significant milestone in the delivery of the 21-floor residential tower.Our Managing Director, Mr. Jide Olumodimu, led the ceremony alongside members of Equity Cooperative’s leadership, including its President, Jude Efuribe; General Secretary, Austin Okosun; and Treasurer, Adewale Adediran.
